  • AC maintenance

    Besides the noise in the apartments facing the parking lot, the building is fine, after 3 months leaving here the AC stop working on a Friday evening, in just an hour they kindly brought me 2 portable ACs and told me that the problem will be fixed on Monday, and today (Monday) they said that someone is coming on Wednesday, so now I have the noise coming from outside and inside with those portable AC, I mean this is a terrible way to fix a problem that could take a couple hours with a decent ...
    maintenance company, looking to move away in the end of my agreement.

  • Extremely loud

    The soundproofing is horrible. You hear all tbe road noise. Sounds like a drag car race track. You hear the loud music from the restaurants until late at night. Construction during the day. We were advised the soundproofing was amazing. Not the case. We can hear our neighbors. Its labeled as luxury. This is not luxury.

  • It’s like living at a resort!!

    I have been a resident here for a few months now and must i say this place is awesome!! I originally toured with Nathaniel and hen provided me with the best leasing experience i have ever had. He is so knowledgeable of not only his building but that village in whole. He helped choose the perfect unit for myself and i don’t think i will ever leave. I feel like I’m walking through a 5 star hotel everyday but nope it’s just my home! My favorite part is going out to the courtyard on a nice night to ...

  • so great

    This building is beyond what I expected. Visited it last year when it first openned and loved it. Back a year later since the second half has been openned and I am blown away. The amenities, the location, the village vibe and all the options for food, shops and entertainment. I am much closer to pulling the trigger and moving here. The leasing staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Nathaniel is well known by most of the residents and knows them and the building well.

    This building screams luxury and we are so excited to live here. Harrison gave us an amazing tour that immediately sold us. The rest of the Hanover Toscana staff has been incredible and beyond willing to answer any questions - even the little and near obvious stuff! Couldn't recommend touring this building more.
