Very nice staff close to everything
July 25, 2025I moved here about 3 months ago. The office people are extremely nice and helpful. I placed a service request to have my washer looked at and they came by the very next day. I am very close to the Galleria and tons of restaurants. The apartments are not new, so they have some cosmetic issues, but the price makes up for it. My rent is great for the area I am in. Think twice before moving here.
January 1, 2025If you must live here, choose a unit on the newer side. I live on what appears to be the older side: silverfish, missing hardware, rats, rusty landscaping, trash on the grounds, piles of dog s**t, faulty appliances. It doesn’t exactly look like the website. Absolutely tour your unit before moving in. I moved 1300 miles to live here, sight unseen. Mistake. Was given no tour, no orientation & I’ve had to submit roughly 15 maintenance requests in the two months I’ve lived here. Have to resubmit ...maintenance requests multiple times before anything is completed & there’s no follow-up from management about them. Also, watch for fees tacked onto your rent that don’t seem to be optional, like trash valet and processing charges for using plastic to pay your rent. (They don’t have auto pay here, which is insane in 2025.) Just now I discovered my tub drain doesn’t close for baths & for the 3rd time in two months there’s no hot water tonight. I absolutely regret moving here. Use caution!Property Manager Responded

Rude
July 21, 2023Flew in today to help daughter find a place. The sign said TOUR NOW. Walked in and wasn’t greeted; the maintenance man referred us back to the gentleman who didn’t speak. Didn’t introduce himself or ask any questions about budget or amenities. Overall just nonchalant and uninterested. if this is how they treat new possible tenants, can’t imagine how they treat the current ones!Review from Apartments.com
