Tuscany Cove
May 9, 2019I have lived here for 2 years. The owner Bryan is real nice. We have water damage every time it rains . It never gets fixed. I have 2 other neighbors with the same problem.Property Manager Responded
July 18, 2019Sorry for the trouble. It certainly is not lack of effort. We have replace the siding, sliding doors and sealed all balconies. I now have contracted a roofer to replace the gutters and replace the flashing between the roof and siding. I have had 4 contractors work on it. The effort is there.

August 11, 2015I gave my apartment four stars because of the tenents and management. I've lived here for 20 yrs. and have seen many changes. But the management has always been very kind to me and my children. There are also a few tenants that have been there for awhile as well.
