My experience with the Tuscany Apartments so far has been decent. They are quite unresponsive and slow to move things along in regards to getting the lease, but they got it to us in time and that's what matters to me. The value that you get here is really good compared to some of apartments in the area. There are a lot of walkable restaurants nearby, and ECR has a lot going on for food and drinks. Overall, I think it's worth it to move here, you just have to kind of stay on them to reply back to ...

Very nice. A few tweaks in the layout and general planning stages would have mad Tuscany that much better. Like a pool long enough for lap swimming (25 yds) with lines on the bottom. A building layout easier to get around in as well as easier to access the courtyards ( only access is from parking lots). A punching/boxing bag in the fitness center as well as a rowing machine. Slightly wider parking spaces...all seems for a compact car.

I just moved in and I have already had my packages stolen from my front door. The lack of security at the apartment is incredibly disappointing. The alarm in the mail room is also on 24/7, and the floor consistently smells like trash.

Nice apartment. Clean, safe and quiet. I live on the top floor so may be the reason. The management team is nice too. I highly recommend to live here. The utility fee and electricity are both cheap compared to the previous apartment I lived in. Save lots of money

Tuscany apartments Santa Clara on El Camino Real is a perfect location for a peaceful living. It is close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and health care. overall a solid experience. have had some issues with appliances and maintenance taking a while to address things (like the door on el camino being unusable for over a month with no info about when that will change), but the worker is nice. property is overall quiet and neighbors have been respectful for the most part. wish there were trash cans around the property because sometimes garbage is just left around.
