June 23, 2025Very nice. A few tweaks in the layout and general planning stages would have mad Tuscany that much better. Like a pool long enough for lap swimming (25 yds) with lines on the bottom. A building layout easier to get around in as well as easier to access the courtyards ( only access is from parking lots). A punching/boxing bag in the fitness center as well as a rowing machine. Slightly wider parking spaces...all seems for a compact car.Property Manager Responded

February 27, 2025I just moved in and I have already had my packages stolen from my front door. The lack of security at the apartment is incredibly disappointing. The alarm in the mail room is also on 24/7, and the floor consistently smells like trash.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2024Nice apartment. Clean, safe and quiet. I live on the top floor so may be the reason. The management team is nice too. I highly recommend to live here. June 2, 2024overall a solid experience. have had some issues with appliances and maintenance taking a while to address things (like the door on el camino being unusable for over a month with no info about when that will change), but the worker is nice. property is overall quiet and neighbors have been respectful for the most part. wish there were trash cans around the property because sometimes garbage is just left around.Property Manager Responded
