Tuscany Village Review for 2016
July 30, 2016Tuscany Village is an overpriced apartment complex. Items turned in for repair on my original move-in list were never repaired. The move out requirements are over the top. Items required for move out were never done before I moved in, therefore, they are charging tenants for work that will never be completed. Carpet cleaning for one room is only $45 yet they want to charge a $175 express fee for light cleaning, carpets and touch up paint. You are require to have a professional carpet cleaning ...service do your carpets even though doing them yourself would be considerably cheaper. Best Place I've Lived!
April 1, 2014I live in the towers above Subway and my apartment is huge! We have our own giant balcony too. The staff is so nice and super helpful and I never have a problem with maintenance. If anything ever breaks, the guy comes right away to fix it. The only reason I'm moving out is because I'm graduating or else i woud renew my lease. I'd definitely recommend living here!Review from Apartments.com

AWFUL!!! DO NOT RENT
October 4, 2014These apartments are completely awful. Theyre so rude and unreasonable. They add on to your rent for utilities, they don't respect your privacy, and theres tons of bugs all of the time. All in all, it was a terrible experienceReview from Apartments.com
