July 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a independent living senior citizen facility. They have several free options here, but they also have activities that you have to pay for. The rent goes up every year, yet our income stays the same. The building has just been painted, but we had to pay for the return of a net over the porch, yet it was part of the apartment when we began renting. Repairs are immediately repaired. In other words, this is a place that is pretty normal for the area. Well kept, good maintenance, and of ...course, the rent going up for about $70 a year. We are paying almost $1000 for a 2 bedroom.
