July 20, 2024Responsive management and maintenance So far we are satisfied with our communication with the management team and maintenance. Mario has been very helpful and knowledgable about repairs to our apartment. Sometimes the response was slow and this could improve and in some cases has improved. But the work done is good quality. We had a slight security concern which we raised and management quickly let us know it was the neighbor's son prowling in our front porch which we caught on video ...surveillance. Otherwise we are so far satisfied with Tustin Cottages after one month of stay.Property Manager Responded
