This place sucks we have had some horribles experiences here. Management sucks the manager here in only cares about making money out of the residents. She doesn’t care about anything else parking sucks so badly there isn’t enough spaces and even then the spaces already here are to small and everyone parks where ever they want when they want and no one does anything and when asked to moved people get mad and aggressive this has been brought up to the manager and does not care. joke as well as the towing company towing people at random and doesn’t tow the people blocking other people.

We just recently moved and haven’t really had a problem till know. The parking is horrible we can’t even get another spot. Both me and my husband work late and we have to wait very long times to find a spot all the time it’s exhausting

After almost a full year, they have promised so much and have only followed through with 2 things. I have had multiple maintenance requests and the worst one was our washer started smoking and didn't work. It was over 3 and half weeks to get it replaced and when it was replaced, it wasn't the right size, they damaged the walls and carpet moving them and it leaks water without even running it. I called the maintenance manager and was told the maintenance person would come today within an hour. ...

After going to the office multiple times and seeing the office closed, I left them a voicemail requesting someone come out as soon as possible. And after 30 minutes they left a voicemail saying someone would look at it Monday. I called back and told them everything because that person didn't know and I requested to have the corporate number, they put me on hold and said "I don't have that information, call back on Monday when the manager is in for the number." I know they have it and if this is a maintenance emergency (which they classify this as one because of leaking water), then it should be fixed right away. The management here promises so much and delivers on nothing. They have wasted weeks of my time and have done nothing. At this point half of this townhome is unlivable and has been for weeks. Long story short waste of time, management and money.

Been living here for about 2 1/2 years and love it. Has a very family feel to it. Apartment comes with refrigerator, washer & dryer in unit so that's a major plus! Although rent can be high it is worth it!

I just moved in with my children and was so disgusted when I walked in to the place because the apartment was NOT ready to move in at all. It was dirty and I found dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets and in the bedroom window sill. The kitchen appliances were filthy, the kitchen countertops are all uneven, the cabinets or not on striaght, there were cracks, and the restroom mirrors are old and dirty. And to top it off, I wasn't given the correct unit that I paid for! If there was a way for me to ...

get out of this lease I would get out of it!!! I do not want to live here with my children. And all that the people at the office could do was just say sorry. Well sorry isn't going to cut it!!
