I love the apartment & the staff so friendly & what yall do for the the children, but the residents most is the problem. I know the staff be giving them warnings and notices I seen on the emails & I hope that does make changes

People really do make a living difference and honestly it’s such a mix of good and bad. There’s neighbors that can make threats and the staff won’t do anything to help Ms.tracy makes the best of it all though.

Elevators oftentimes are down. Hallways, stairs, and elevators when they are working are always filthy. Management needs to do better and have better attitudes. Ms. Traci with Resident Services is great.
