Overall a great apartment
August 7, 2015I have lived at the Columns for 3 years now, and I have had a great experience. The rent is very affordable, location is amazing, the apartments are nice, especially for the price, and the land lord fixes essentially all maintenance requests within 24-48 hours. You can walk or take a UGA bus to campus, and you are right in the middle of Greek row in Milledge. They have hard wood floors, tile in most of the kitchens, and you have your own washer and dryer. The only negatives that I can think of is ...that the appliances are not the most up to date, but they are still nice and function well. I fully believe that anyone who moves into this apartment will have a great experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
