Thin walls, small water heater, no management onsight

The buildings are old so I can the hear neighbors sneezing or watching the great British bake off season 3. Even with soundproof pads you can hear too much of each other. The water heaters are small so warm showers last like 15 minute. If you have an issue there is no management onsight so stuff takes lots of calls and time to sort. Good location but it’s been going downhill so I do not recommend to friends.

Apartment is fine for an older building. But the owners are a mess. We’ve had 6 different property managers through 3 different companies in 3 years. They don’t communicate basic details between each other so the tenants have to do all the set up work repeatedly ourselves. Then the new companies are also incompetent themselves, often with terrible onboard as if they don’t care about collecting rent or towing a car in a spot you have been paying for. Many of the tenants are done and looking to ...
move out. Not worth the location and price.
