with trying to get your money back from Management. The bathroom is never supplied with paper towels, soap and toilet paper in 7 Manor but always equipped in 21 Manor. Someone had stolen the toilet paper holder and carts several years ago in 7 Manor. I take my laundry across the street because there's more machines and laundry attendant available if there's a problem. The community room used to be opened 24 hours but Management only keep it opened during business hours due to past incidents. I saw a condom wrapper in basement and heard about people having sex down there. There are storage lockers located in basement for an additional fee. The landscaping is nice and courtyard is beautiful. It's a shame that the inside of buildings are not maintained. The floors are dirty, carpets not vacuumed/shampooed, filthy trash compactor rooms and mice infesting the building. This place is slums!

parking spaces which is great and parking is free. When you enter into the gates you greeted with a beautiful Garden view and enormous tree that looks as if it was drawn by Mother Nature herself. It's directly in the middle and there are benches where people can sit and enjoy the view. The building is well mantinced and very clean. I love living here but I can't wait to one day own my own home.
