Twin Oaks West is located on the west side of Joliet, conveniently located within minutes of I-55 and I-80. We are near shopping, schools, and bus transportation and are within walking distance to Inwood Athletic Club and Stadium. Our company represents 9 buildings; Each with spacious floor plans, oversized closets, wall color, flooring and carpets. Sizes vary. You can choose a unit that fits your needs. We offer updated Studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments. Prices vary according to the amenities. Each of our buildings offer coin operated laundry facilities with most offering soft water. We offer maintenance during business hours. We maintain an attractive environment and provide friendly customer service. Our goal is to make all of our residents feel welcome and at home. Twin Oaks West Apartments have 6 year city inspection certificates on all our apartment homes. *Our prices reflect that we do not have a pool or tennis courts to care for so our special pricing reflects that. I've been renting at Twin Oaks West Apartments in Joliet for about three years now and overall, it’s been a good experience. The management team has always been fair and responsive when issues come up, and I appreciate how they handle things professionally. I haven’t had any major problems and feel pretty content living here. It’s a solid place to rent if you’re looking for something stable.

The management here is really nice at first until the suspect you of doing something. Then it’s there word against yours. They will blame others people garbage on you based on no evidence and when you start to make since on why it isn’t your they will hang up on you. They will try to control your mail and who u can and can not have in your apartment. They enter your home constantly when you’re not there. And they think that it’s all ok because your renting from them.

I applied for a two bedroom unit, I met all requirements but my credit however the “Property Manager” was still thinking of considering it but they started asking real personal questions, they seen that I was a single mother of two little girls and assumed that since my children were young that eventually their father would be secretly moved in stating “oh we’ve seen this so many times before”, they got so personal even asked when and how long it’s been since me and my children’s father lived ...
together still to this day they haven’t had the decency to call or email saying I didn’t get it I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Spacious apartments for a small family or couple. Office staff is friendly and calls back same day with answers. If any work is going to be done throughout the building office calls tenants to make aware or if your vehicle needs to be moved to prevent any damage.Maintenance comes to fix any issues in a timely manner. Clean environment and friendly neighbors.

A co-worker recommended Twin Oaks West Apartments. I had a couple bad experiences in apartments before - loud and disrespectful neighbors, etc. I have not experienced any of that here. It's close to work and I have a noticeably nicer apartment than friends who pay more for their apartment. The management come across very professionally and have treated me really well. I would recommend this place as a really good place to rent.

Initially I was worried about downgrading from renting a house to an apartment, but after the divorce, the house rent was more than I was willing to spend. I am really happy that I found this place. I work in Joliet and this place has been great. The staff are pleasant and I have plenty of space. I also was able to keep my pet and that was important to me.

It's a really pleasant place to call home with a quiet atmosphere and well kept grounds. The management is very helpful and is quick to respond to any requests/repairs. The location is great - close to the I-55 and I-80. It's easy to call home.
