Waste of Time/Unprofessional
March 25, 2024They wasted our time due to their indecisiveness, dishonesty, and inability to comprehend basic documents. Instead of giving us an answer upfront, they tried to buy time for other applicants and strung us along. After the initial tour, I could never reach the manager in-person or over the phone. She took days later to respond to my voicemail with a wishy-washy answer of needing more documents because “not enough money”, that they had “someone else that already wanted the apartment”, and listing ...other supposed expenses like “babysitting” that do not even exist nor is relevant for the topic at hand which is the income. There was absolutely no courtesy or tact while speaking with me and she even spoke loudly as if raising her voice at me. Since they could not do basic math, I had to write out the calculations for them and again wait for her to call back after leaving a voicemail. She finally called back the wrong number that was not even mine, pretending she made a mistake. Yet previously, had always correctly called my number. Her excuse was that the rooms were filled with people that had applied before us. However, at the tour she told me we would be priority and when she was miracously there in office for once after we requested to get our documents back, I still see “renting” signs up at their building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
