July 22, 2025Twin Palms location is great. Easy access to the freeway and plenty of restaurants, stores and entertainment nearby. The complex is very clean and seems very quiet. On site laundry facilities are clean and easy to use and access. The pool and grill are nice to have.Review from Apartments.com

September 13, 2020Palm Twins ? complex is amazing! Very quiet, clean and well maintained place. Tiffany, the property menager, is one of the kindest. She's incredible nice, attentive and warm person, always making sure you wishes are satisfied. I'm so happy and pleasant to have her around. I been living here 7 years and she makes my stay wonderful and more desirable every day. This complex is located in beautiful NoHo, prices are very affordable and is close to everything. September 5, 2020Tiffany, the building manager creates excellent community vibes. It's a small community, so it's nice to cultivate such a positive environment. I feel very safe living here and the unit is modern with SS appliances. Even though it's a studio, it has a sleek, modern stove and a dishwasher.
