Horrible Experience

Two Lakes Edge is in a great location, close to restaurants and Whole Foods, that’s honestly the best part and was the saving grace when I had to experience the blackout days caused by Hurricane Beryl.
The units are spacious, but not properly maintained. At move-in, my unit was not cleaned properly which I had to hire a cleaning company to clean at move-in.

park is usually dirty as well, even though the place is advertised as pet-friendly.
I personally experienced a continual rodent issue as well as a few neighbors on my floor and was denied by management on a number of occasions. The issue was never when I left the property.
For the price, I expected way better. I wouldn’t personally recommend living here unless management makes some serious changes.
