From the first step I felt it’s the right place and the right decision to live at. Service team so kind and helpful. Community events. Communication is easy and clear and mostly solve anything. Layouts are perfect for roommates or families. Always clean and high maintained. Highly highly recommended.

This apartment was a great find when I found it, the community is very friendly and it's a very warm environment to live in. Management can be a tad slow when it comes to fixing things, but in spite of that they are great about communication on the subject. Laundry can be a bit pricey overtime because of their system for using the washers and dryers. Right across from a Ralphs and right off Sunset Blvd, very convenient and ideal location. Also definitely a very young building, a lot of 20 and ...

young 30 somethings, but not as loud as you would expect from that kind of environment.

Apartment with punctual maintenance? - YES

There are many factors to take place when finding an apartment. One of which that gets overlooked is maintenance. Things break, but so far at this apartment complex, everything has been addressed and fixed within 24hrs. Also, all the units are pretty well kept and nicer compared to apartments nearby. Only downfall is that the walls could be thicker and windows double paned.
