Don't Fall for It!
March 20, 2024The pictures and apartment will look as they are pictured until the repairs and maintenance do not happen. If I could give a lower rating, I would. This place only wants to take your rent. The concerns of his residents fall on deaf ears. Open communication and timely maintenance/and repairs are nonexistent. If you consider moving in, regardless of the negative review you see, take a picture of the unit you choose, it will never look like that again. As time passes, you will see your walls and ...ceilings crack, bathroom and kitchen faucets leaking, paint bubbling due to water leaking behind the walls, pests (mice, roaches, waterbugs, silverfish, home centipedes, ants, etc.), squirrels making themselves in every attic of every building despite the Great Stuff foam used as band-aids to block the rodents, bathrub refinishing that has peeled to the point where you see the porcelain - I wish I could remember all the things my neighbors and I have shared! But I think this list is enough to share a valid 1-star rating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
