February 26, 2020The property is nice. No complaints, the small gym is excellent for the winter so you can stay in shape. The neighbors are nice for the most part, it just seems like everyone wants to keep to themselves. Which is totally okay! Great location!Review from Apartments.com
Dakota Commercial is a fantastic rental company to go through
September 4, 2019My experience renting from Dakota commercial from the past and present has been extremely pleasant. From low maintanence request waits, to the courteousness of the employees at Dakota Commercial, to the value of the property being rented, Dakota Commercial is the way to go. The only other rental company I have gone through is River Towne Properties LLC. out of East Grand Forks. The experience was so awful I would actively recommend people away from their properties, at least Stanford Manor. The ...rent was not worth what was received in terms of living quality, and also not worth having your car towed by management for parking lot maintenance with no signs posted around the building. My new apartment at University Flats is a much nicer apartment for a small hike in the per person price, and have been pleased with my experience so far.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 20, 2019Great company to rent from! I live at University Flats and its a awesome, the neighbors are all friendly and management does a great job of keeping up with snow removal and making sure the buildings are nice and clean. The apartment itself is beautiful, it came with a beautiful wooden island, and having the hard flooring is great for not worrying about spilling on the carpet! They always respond quickly to emails and service calls if you need them.Review from Apartments.com
