Don’t let those fake 4 and 5 star reviews fool you.
March 17, 2024Wether renovated or classic the whole compound is rat and bug infested. Slow maintenance and if they do come, they don’t fix everything requested to be fixed. The gate is never closed. I was promised a key card when I moved here and never received one. Car tampering/ car theft happens. They shut the water off at any time with no notice(currently going through that now. How in the world are they allowing the water to be shut off on the weekend?? No shower, toilet, or sink working on the weekend is ...wild) Staff can be rude depending on the day/ time. If you’re a first time renter consider other options.Property Manager Responded

EVERYTHING IS A TEMPORARY FIX !!!!
July 22, 2022Within the past week my air has went out TWICE . Within the past month my hair has went out 4-5 TIMES ! Whenever maintenance DOES decide to come (4-7 days LATER) they only temporarily fix the problem which means my air goes right back out within 2-3 days of “them fixing it” I constantly stress to them about having 3 kids in the home with 1 on the way , but yet 6 days later I’m still with no air . Everyday I call & ask what’s going on with maintenance & I get told the same line “oh we only have 1 ...maintenance man today & he’s working on the work orders” . At this point it’s cooler outside than it is in my apartment. I also can’t cook in my apartment because as soon as I turn the oven/stove on it turns into a sauna in my apartment ! This is ridiculous & with the temps being as high as they’ve been you would think they would have urgency of air over a toilet or a leak , but apparently I have to wait on maintenance to decide when they’re ready to PERMANENTLY FIX THE PROBLEM . it’s extremely frustrating for them to brush me & my children off & something needs to be done about it .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not rent from them
June 2, 2022You get passive and active aggressive texts every month because they send them out to everyone about getting evicted and paying rent. They are quick to yell about charging fees for everything but will not fix anything in your apartment. They left a leak in my apartment for a year unfixed. Security gate is never closed. Laundry facility half works. Pool is never opened. All they want is to nickel and dime you without ever providing their end of the bargainReview from Apartments.com

Cheap doesn't always mean good.
September 14, 2019I currently stay in these apartments, and my first year was just fine. But now, my toilet is constantly stopped up. To the point where water overflows and gets into the carpet. Maintenance is very slow. Not sure what happened with this place. I am currently disabled, so me going to the office to complaint is getting old and tired. I will not be renewing my lease, and I recommend you find someone else to stay. Because this isn't the place.Review from Apartments.com
READ ME FIRST
May 17, 2019If you're seeking an apartment that's cheap (in every pretext of the word) look no further... At first glance one may feel excitement viewing the photos, or taking a tour in person, and that first glance was what tricked me into thinking about relocating to UGMA's. After actually doing so I can admit that this decision was the poorest one I've made as a renter for over 20 years. The apartment is constructed with the cheapest of materials, the kitchen and bathroom are so extremely small that it's ...like residing in an efficiency, with paper thin walls that leave you with absolutely no feeling of privacy. Children standing in common areas showing a total lack of respect to neighboring tenants... Upstair neighbors waiting until after ten to drive others mad by hammering on the walls, and practically everyone around treat a confined complex (which is so crime riddled there is an actual 10pm curfew which the security officers try to enforce) as if they are living in a large, well constructed house. Three days after my move I learned that there will be very few days that won't be complete misery due to the noise level alone. But, if a person enjoys having his car constantly tampered with, or thinks it's A-okay to see unattended children reeking havoc on people who simply wish to be treated with respect, then give this place a ring. You won't even need to bother with the so-called "main gate", as it isn't ever closed; thus the described features they list is just a complete lie.
