Miscommunication
October 10, 2023
Once your lease is up they tell you to not cancel your electric and that the new tenants will take over the electric. Unfortunately that is not the case. I was still charged from MGE even though the apartment manager stated that would not happen. Now they are unresponsive to emails and phone calls to get this issue resolved. Electric bill should be on the apartment complex for miscommunication. Shady business.

Comfortable and affordable!

This is the first Madison apartment I have lived in that is both clean, affordable, and spacious. It's slightly set apart from campus which allows the residents some quiet away from the hustle and bustle, but it is also close enough to catch a bus into the heart of Madison in less than ten minutes. Located close to restaurants, it's a really happy medium at an affordable rate. I love having my own room, and I have had only positive interactions with management so far!
