March 25, 2026The community is awesome. It looks nice and for the most part is kept well. The Staff/RAs are also very helpful and people friendly. I would recommend this place over all the other dorms or apartments near/on campus, besides maybe victory or patriot village.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2026Overall bring two stars because a lot of the great things about the apartment like the pool are never open. I had issues with the bathroom we found mold in our bathroom as well as the peel and stick vinyl wood floors not even tile in the bathroom. We’re coming up. They just slathered more glue on it and it did not stick. And we were charged more than anticipated. I didn’t know we would have to pay extra every month for the furniture I thought it was included but it’s a $54 charged ad on top of ...your rent as well as the electricity bill which is disappointing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 8, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living in University Pines. The community is friendly, and the resident assistants are always helpful and plan great events. My room is comfortable, and maintenance responds quickly when issues come up. The location is convenient, close to classes, dining, and campus activities. September 24, 2025Not the best management could use some work. You guys should do something about the roaches in the clubhouse the pest control did nothing. And also it would be nice if the coin machine in the laundry room actually worked or maybe start with updating the washers that just fill with water and don’t actually wash your clothesProperty Manager Responded

September 16, 2025When I moved in it was a bit unclean but overall amazing apartments. We have full functioning furnishings and I got paired with some great roommates as well. They host weekly events from free food to social gathers to fun nights like trivia. Not a bad place is you’re looking for somewhere quiet to stay, only downside is if you live downstairs the walls are pretty thin so you can pretty much hear a lot from upstairs but everything else is fine.Review from Apartments.com
