I have lived at this complex for more than 4 years and I love the office staff as well as the maintenance crew. They always say hi when you pass by and they are all very friendly. The complex is very clean and orderly. The laundry rooms are cleaned every day. The trash can areas are clean and orderly. There are social gatherings and tenant appreciation days. Best place I have lived so far.
