We are conveniently located to easy access to the Metrolink, Lambert International Airport, highway 70 & highway 170. Call or email us to schedule an appointment. The application process is all done online and is super easy. Residents pay all utilities - Electric, gas, cable, internet. Water, sewer, trash fees per month: 1bd - $45 pr mos / 2bd $55 pr mos. Pet policy: No pets over 40lbs - if 2 pets, weight limit 25lbs each. No aggressive breeds Up to date on shots $300.00 pet non refundable fee $35.00 monthly pet fee 1 pet, $60.00 2 pets **We do require veterinarian records, shot records and a picture of your pet before approval. Requirements: Full time students may required verification & may require a cosigner Make 3x the monthly rent No utilities in collections No evictions Favorable credit score
