September 11, 2025Dishwasher broken, Mailbox not working My daughters apartment had issues: dishwasher was not working and it was at least 3 weeks before it was addressed. Her mailbox needed to be updated, took several calls from me to get someone to address that and I still don't think it is working correctly. Not a very positive start to the school year with the apartment maintenance issues. August 18, 2025Pretty good, couple issues The move-in team was lovely. Getting my keys and move-in packet was quick and easy. That process was simple. My issues came in the state of the place when I moved in. There were a couple simple things I had to call maintenance to fix, and an ant infestation that has not been addressed despite requests made.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Management
July 24, 2025Moved in and the apartment was flea infested and management refused to do anything about it. I had to hire private companies because they ignored me. I had to live elsewhere because the apartment I paid for was uninhabitable. Later on had a massive water leak that management wouldn’t look into, and eventually blocked my roommate from being able to contact them. A tenant of their’s was blocked by their own landlords. Ridiculous. I will say, the Maintence staff was great and everything they could ...in every awful situation, but it seemed like management wasn’t giving them any ability or support to actually do anything, and wasn’t even willing to listen to their own Maintence people. Don't sign this!
May 12, 2025They charged me for 12 months while the apartment is available to me for only 11 months + 8 days. They will tell you it is prorated but it is not! It is a simple math. Their responses to my questions regarding this were ridiculous. Don't sign their lease! Don't pay the application fee before knowing about this because they won't refund it.Review from Apartments.com

May 11, 2025Bad Service Our AC was broken for nearly three weeks. There was no communication with us unless we went directly to the front office and even then we were only met with undergraduate employees, not the actual grown adults who know what’s going on as they were hiding and not doing their job. We received portable AC only after going to the front office and emailing, and this was two weeks into us not having AC. When the AC was eventually fixed, we were not informed when they were coming and they ...entered the apartment without our knowledge (we were asleep) while two of us were present. This is not the first issue we have had with the poor management of University Village, as last year we dealt with a mold issue for three months and experienced the same run around with accountable your office and management seems to persistent problem with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
July 6, 2024Horrible charge people $100 for blinds when my blinds are perfectly fine. When I go to the office they showed me a picture of the wrong room and said they made a mistake. Happen to other people I know who stay at the apartment. Pays a company to come out in pressure wash connects it to your building and charges you for that. Water bill goes up. Charges an electricity overage bill of around $20 month. Management is horrible. Have to mail the keys in when you’re moving out. Pool is always closed ...for 10 months out the year.
