Great property, great people!
December 11, 2025It’ll start with the people! Tyler is the property manager & he’s the best! He is knowledgeable, friendly & so helpful and responsive. Tamara is the leasing manager and is great! She’s so knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. I’ve moved once from an apartment to a townhouse & they were great to work with. Next up are Jeff & Terrance from the maintenance team. Talk about great people!! The entire property is SO WELL maintained. They walk the property daily, keep everything clean, and looking great. ...The pool area is always immaculate. And they are both so friendly & responsive to maintenance requests. I’m pretty sure that outside of a weekend, they’ve responded to every maintenance request same day! And the property is great! So dog friendly, great pool, and gym! I’ve lived here over 2 years and have no complaints!Property Manager Responded

The townhomes are beautiful and have so much natural light. The two car garages make a huge difference in making us feel settled, too. December 6, 2023Uptown Apartments has made my first-time experience living in an apartment enjoyable. I selected Uptown because I desired a home with a modern kitchen, ample storage, and lots of natural light. The location is convenient for travel and has walkable food, and shopping options. The community is quiet overall, and I rarely hear neighbors through the walls. The only thing missing is a nearby park or nature spaces to enjoy the outdoors and controlled rent increases for existing tenants.Review from Apartments.com

July 20, 2023I lived in Uptown Ann Arbor for a year in a third story apartment in 3154. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. The office staff were always kind and accommodating. The property was well kept, clean and maintenance was available 24/7 for any needs. The pool was pristine and quiet. The gym was beyond top notch with advanced equipment. It was a pleasure living at Uptown Ann Arbor. Safety was a priority, and as a working professional, I was pleased that the environment was quiet, well ...built, stylish and well kept. I rented a garage and car space, and never had an issue. Tyler and Tamara were always helpful and did everything possible to ensure I was happy renter. I would recommend UAA to anyone moving to the area. I toured multiple sites, and it was the most modern, quality complex in short distance to the university. They did an outstanding job, were responsive to any request and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend living here, especially if you are pursuing a luxurious quality apartment complex outside of the university traffic.
