December 11, 2024Since the maintenance restaffing the property is starting to make a turnaround. They work very hard to complete work orders and property improvements despite being understaffed for the size of this property and are friendly and helpful while doing so. Look down the street…
September 6, 2024There are systemic problems at this complex that only corporate can address and fix. There have been 4 property mangers in a year. Nothing is clean and if it does get cleaned it never stays clean. A resident should NOT be reminding management/maintenance that things need to be cleaned. Maintenance is not proactive which causes major delays and frustrations. There is major false advertising happening with this complex being called ‘luxury’ and charging luxury prices. This complex will keep having ...problems until corporate starts taking residents complaints seriously, and starts making changes that reflect the promises made.Property Manager Responded

Bad 1st Impression
April 7, 2022Looking for a place to live so I can be closer to Mom. I saw the garden and fell in love. I stopped by the leasing center today and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. The 2br unit with a loft and patio sounded perfect. I live in a city with much higher rent costs, so this place feels affordable. The women in the leasing center didn't ask any questions, didn't ask if I was interested in renting, didn't offer any information, didn't tell me about the amenities, didn't try to schedule a ...tour...nothing. It started to get awkward. I got the feeling that they weren't interested in renting to me. Things went off the rails when the topic of dog poop came up - it's the only time one of the leasing consultants spoke! I left empty handed. It honestly felt pretty crappy. I had already sent pics of the garden to my partner, who would love a full sun garden.Property Manager Responded
