Uptown North Review
September 23, 2017Apartments are good quality but have a few drawbacks. Maintenance is active but work is below average. Have made multiple requests with no response or have made no action to solve the problem which does not reflect on the maintenance crew. Simple things like light bulbs are not color matched and locks replaced correctly etc... No scooter/motorcycle parking even though it is meant for college students. Upon move in, apartment was a mess and balcony beyond disgusting due to fungus and cigarettes ...everywhere. First site staff is responsive but not effective at taking care of tasks without reminders. First site does not cover their act well when it comes to the customer and revenue; revenue is their goal not customer satisfaction. Overall, for a high end apartment complex first site does not handle their end of the terms well, nor do things seem to be accomplished without stressful interaction. The online payment portal is not fully setup and is the only way to pay. Fitness center consists of a couple of treadmills. Hallways smell of urine and marijuana. Uptown North still remains one of the best places to live if you can negotiate a lease that matches your needs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
