Poor management, theft, dirty

The Melo Group offers some of the most affordable pricing in Miami, but is it worth it? Unfortunately, there have been numerous car thefts in this building, and the property management has not taken any action. Several residents suspect these incidents are inside jobs. Despite numerous complaints, management has not installed cameras in the garage, instead added to place cameras outside to issue $200 fines for dog waste violations. The building is often dirty, with stains on the floors and in ...

the elevators that go unaddressed for days. The front desk and leasing office staff are arrogant and unhelpful. There was also a unit break-in, allegedly involving staff members with access to keys. The units are small, with finishes and designs that are cheap. Don’t recommend.

Good design, nice look but cheap construction where it matters

There is minimal to no sound insulation between apartments so you can imagine! The elevator/hall to the apartments on each floor has no insulation so you hear every conversation, dog barking and child crying going to and from the elevators. The laminate flooring is not a good choice for a commercial heavily trafficked building. It has already buckled and come up in the halls and in my apartment. Any dealings or issues to bring to the office falls into the black hole and you have to chase them ...

for reply and follow up. Timely response does not exist. Area is great, building aesthetics are good, but that doesn't give a quality of life day to day.
