January 30, 2026Came to Fayetteville for work and I wanted a place to stay that was close to what's happening. I enjoy getting to meet new people and was looking for a place that is fresh but also close to the bike trails and all the other things that are fun to do in Fayetteville. I have been here for a couple of months now and this place has absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff is very friendly the building and my apartment are clean. The apartments themselves are bright and open with big windows and high ceilings, which makes the space feel way more “loft living” than a typical complex in Fayetteville. The location is amazing if you’re active or love being outdoors. The trail systems are right there, and the pickleball courts are a huge bonus — perfect for quick games or hanging out with friends.
