July 5, 2022I have had innumerable amount of maintenance/ safety issues. Several robberies happened here and the neighbors never sleep. The office once gave me someones mailbox key to go check into their mailbox on my own as if thats not illegal. Disorganized. The office is hard to get ahold of. Traffic is horrible because people are outside up and down the street selling foods. The residents who arent supposed to be there are always breaking the gate so its not secured. Animals and trash everywhere. Its ...horrible. I don’t even have the energy to go into detail with everything but do yourself a favor and don’t move here ever.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 7, 2021This apartment complex is terrible and the people who run it are absolute garbage. I have only been here a month and there was already so much I had to deal with. My apartment was not even ready on my move-in date, they have roaches, they don;t live up to their promises, their phone is never working, and they have yet to come fix the issues that I have reported for the past month. February 5, 2020I moved in Dec 21st 2019, Dec 30th 2019 my girlfriend came over and was robbed at gunpoint outside my apartment and her car and all her belongings were stolen from her. you all can only imagine what we had to deal with after that. I informed the manager I would probably be moving out but had to deal with the whole situation until I made a decision, once I did make a decision I informed the office and they said it had to be approved by the regional manager 2 1/2 weeks and they never got an ...approval. my move out was not approved and their reason was because my girlfriend was not on the lease, very unprofessional from the whole management team. There's always people walking around at all hours, cat infested, and the apartments are roach infested as well. I do not recommend these apartments at all for the safety of you and your family. I have now moved and I'm in a better and much safer place.Property Manager Responded

When situations arise, agents have the ability to address any criminal activity, suspicious behavior, or violations of the property’s rules and regulations. Worst Apartments Ever
October 20, 2019I could write a book on these awful apartments but just to keep it short. They have a roach infestation, my unit wasn’t ready (unclean carpet, roaches in cabinets and dishwasher, bathroom sink and tub visibly clogged with clumps of hair). The customer service from the office was awful and they will make you feel like a burden even after they switched management. If you care about your safety, hate roaches, and just want more for what you pay to live I do not suggest living here. If I could give ...them 0 stars I would. Don’t be fooled by the “tour” they give you. Everything is not what it seems.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2019If I could give 0 stars this review would be perfect! I’ve been living here for a year and is patiently waiting for my lease to be up, it’s sad 3months into my lease I was requesting how much it would cost me to break my lease. Let’s start off when I applied I was told an apartment would be available in the middle of the month ok cool but then I received a call that a unit had came available early I took it. I came to pick up my key the day before I moved in and was told by management that ...housekeeping would come to clean up the unit because it was recently sprayed, hence the reason for dead roaches throughout the place. I moved in the next day with a few items, apartment was never cleaned up! Then EVERYWHERE I turned there were roaches crawling all over the place, I felt like I was living in the movie “Joe’s apartment”. I called and reported it to management it took several calls for my unit to get properly sprayed and upon that I was told that “oh the roaches are coming from a dirty previous attendant”. But I’ve spoken with my neighbors and they ALL have the same issue! No matter the amount of cleaning, bombing, spraying, & bleaching you do they are still here. I kill at least 3-4 roaches a day!! My second issue with this place is that I reported to them in December about brown water spots showing up on my ceiling, no one came and checked it out till after several calls made about the ceiling leaking 2 months later. They patched up and painted over the inside unit but with the storms that came in March & April the ceiling started leaking again and now there are brown spots on the ceiling in the bedroom. There is no point of reporting issues with the office staff since they seemed to not get fixed! The office staff is nice, they will smile and butter you up to get you moved in but after nothing. They are busy remodeling the surface area of the interior and exterior but not the real issue at hand the roaches!! PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE LOOKS OF THE APARTMENTS DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2019Where do I begin, this place has been the worst decision of my life . When I came in I was shown a beautiful,remodeled apartment with flowers and pet garbage disposal * “pet friendly” (there’s like only 3 in the complex) It was all a sham, this place is infested with stray cats, fiesta shopping carts and roaches. The day of my move in they had no keys and no apartment ready. They took my deposit that day but I had to go back on Saturday to move in. I arrived the next day and signed the lease ...without doing a walk though, BIG MISTAKE, I arrive at the apartment and the keys did not work . I called the leasing office, informed Anna she stated she would get the maintenance guy to come over. It took over 2 hours and me going into the leasing office to get someone to open the door. They must have lost the key because they had to replace the knob and gave me a new set of keys. As soon as the door opened it was not the apartment I leased for, I was furious. They apologized offered to move me into the correct apartment another day. I declined it, they offered apologies and discounts. When you finally reviewed over the apartment, the “remodeling “ was a crap job. There was paint on the floors and appliance. The paint job was horrible, Marisela the office manager walked though the apartment and agreed it was bad,stove did not work, toilet seat improperly glued, and the AC fan made a horrible sound. Just the fan was fixed, everything else was never fixed. There were a few more issues but I was ready to live in peace. The community is shady but I kept to myself, I had consistent issues with my parking spot, office and security did nothing. Just this week I had an issue with my neighbor, I no longer feel safe. Police report has been submitted to the leasing office currently waiting for the regional manager to release me from this lease, it’s been 3 days and they have done nothing.I am exhausted, tired. If you want to know the real Urban palms enter the gate of on town park dr, it’s always open because people brake it all the time, between 6-8 pm. Stay away.Property Manager Responded

October 10, 2018This was a great experience. I hate apartment shopping, but these people made it easy and enjoyable. I love the positive energy the diamond apartment. The property looks so good. I visit this property in 1998 and its so much better and really friendly. So pretty. You guys are so awesome. I would be returning here when my lease is up.Review from Apartments.com
