July 3, 2025Living at this apartment complex has been a disappointing experience. The trash room is constantly overflowing, and residents often leave garbage on the ground, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant environment. The coffee machine in the common area rarely works, which is frustrating, especially since it's advertised as an amenity. It feels like basic upkeep is not a priority here. Great community & location for NW Metro
July 7, 2023Been a resident since 2021. There has been some changes but the new owners are resolving issues efficiently. Overall, the amenities are awesome. Especially the free garage and location. I just learned they now offer positive rent reporting to help build your credit and free resident programs just for us. Truly feels like home :) Although I wished we could have a community garden in the future. Management team is great, especially Che Lee. Will renew most likely!Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2022The Urbana apartment is one of the best apartments in Minnesota. The apartments is very clean and spacious but most of all it is out doors with fresh air.It is also close to the airport which makes it easier for car rental, train transportation as well as transportation with buses.Review from Apartments.com

July 6, 2022We’ve been through 3 managers and 4 concierges/front desk receptionist. There’s been a lot of car theft but no property manager on sight to express your concerns. The coffee machine available to everyone is always off, and the gym treadmills also don’t work at times. I wouldn’t mind paying this much if they kept their end of the deal and took care of this place. It’s so dirty here on weekends and it smells like weed.Review from Apartments.com
