Lived here 3 years - Location can't be beat

I moved to Houston in 2018 and have lived in three different apartments and a townhome since being here, and as far as apartments go, this one was the best one I lived in. My husband and I just recently moved out because we bought a townhome, but we enjoyed living in here. We had one of the larger one-bedroom units off of Columbus St. We loved how spacious it was, and we never really dealt with any street noise or noisy neighbors. Maintenance was always pretty quick to fix things. The gym is nice ...

The complex changed management companies a few times during our three years there, but each change seemed to be an improvement, with the most recent and current management company being the best of the ones we experienced. The location is truly ideal with its proximity to the Bayou, downtown, Montrose, River Oaks, and the Heights. We'll miss being able to walk to our favorite coffee shops. Overall, I would recommend it to others. Had we not bought our townhome, we likely would have signed for another year.
