    Title: Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized — A Warning for Future Tenants If you’re a parent, a working professional, or simply someone who values responsibility and reliability, please read this before considering this complex. I initially spoke with Monica before signing anything and mentioned my concern about all the negative reviews regarding poor communication and lack of tenant support. She reassured me that the management and ownership had changed and that things were “under ...
    control.” Well — this is what “under control” looks like. I was originally told my unit would be ready by April 19. Then it was postponed to April 21, then April 25, and now, as of today, they’re saying April 30. Only after I told them that I literally have nowhere to stay with my two kids after April 28, did they say they might check the unit and maybe hand over the keys on the 28th — if it’s ready. I’ve been living out of boxes for over two weeks with two young children, unable to schedule movers or even register them for school — all because this team can’t commit to a date or communicate clearly. And I ask: would any of the staff members here — many of whom are women themselves — accept this kind of treatment for their own children or families? Would they feel safe and cared for in this situation? I haven’t even moved in yet, and no one is accountable. I want to thank technology and ChatGPT, because without it, I couldn’t have clearly expressed my experience in English. But I’m sharing this review so other families can be warned: think twice before trusting this place with your peace of mind.

  • Renters Beware!!

    When I first moved here this property was owned by someone else, and things were ok. After being here a month it was purchased and everything has been downhill since then. We have had several property managers( five that I can think of off the top of my head ) and I’ve only lived here two years. There is animal waste all over the apartments because the last manager refuse to buy any pet waste bags and people with animals just let their dogs poop everywhere. A lot of the units have roaches ...
    including mine. I have requested Pest Control several times and no one has ever showed up....I take that back, they showed up once. I have put in several maintenance request and they just get closed out and never addressed. The maintenance team here is so lazy!! They put Band-Aids on things that need total replacement! The units that they say are renovated have just been given a new paint and new appliances. These apartments are entirely too expensive to be dealing with the problems that we deal with. At one point cars were getting towed left and right when I got home one night( around 1 AM) there was a guy standing out there taking pictures of everybody’s license plates. It really made me feel unsafe because it was my son’s car that he took a picture of. Once I brought it to the attention of the property manager the towing stopped. I am very much ready to get out of here I refuse to sign another lease here!

    These apartments are a waste of space time and money please do not move here if you value your life. There are roaches,And maintenance is subpar if I could give zero stars I would. Move here if you love roaches gnats and flies. They also overcharge and there’s always a new fee ! Parking is a joke and you constantly are towed. It’s a full time job to get the front office to answer or fix the millions of issues that you’ll have . Water never stays hot and you will be overcharged on you water bill ...

  • Not a Good choice.

    Unfortunately the office has repeatedly giving me trouble, consistently over billing and failing to update us on necessary developments. On top of this maintenance is an absolute mess and they have cost me a lot of money. I’ve had multiple cars towed from the property with absolutely no help from the front office.

  • Loved the neighbors but the apartment...

    I moved in with my roommates and the first night we go there the apartment took forever to cool off. The next morning we all woke up in pool of sweat because our ac had stopped working. We put in complaint after complaint through the front office since the emergency maintenance line they tell u to call is currently out of order. Still they didn’t have anyone come or get back to us for a whole 24 hours. The apartment was literally 81 degrees and felt as if no one cared. The next day the man comes ...
    and “fixes” it but after a couple of hours I realized even with us keeping the door and windows shut all day it still wasn’t cooling down. We proceeded to find the maintenance man and tell him to please come check it cuz we didn’t wanna sleep in an now 83 degree apartment. he said he would come By that night but He didn’t come til the next day. After they finally fixed it on the third day at almost 3 pm we didn’t really have any more problems with the apartment. On a plus side though the neighbors all are super nice and even tho I don’t live there anymore I still keep in touch with them! Also if u move in I hope u like walking because unless u buy a covered parking spot(if any near ur apartment are even available) you will have to park extremely far from ur apartment.

  • Please dont stay here...please.

    So me and my roommate were supposed to move in January 10, and the apartment waited until the day of move in to run around and try to fix up our apartment. So they fixed a broken window and we did a quick walk through and it looked decent. We signed the lease and moved in all our stuff, it wasnt until that night when we were cleaning the apartment that we started finding stuff. My roommate had a quarter sized hole in her sink, in the basin bowl. They tried to cover the hole with plaster I guess ...
    and of course when she went to stub the sink we found the hole. Then the air vent looked like it hadn't been switched out in a year it was THICK with dust. Also our showers....FIRST NIGHT THERE and our showers had no pressure the water was just trickling out the head of the shower and my shower didnt get hot. And these were supposed to be newly renovated apartments...then the weather strip for the door kept falling off, and we could've super glued that but still. The dishwasher looked fine but the counter top was in the way to where we couldnt close the dishwasher, it wouldnt close at all. The hot and cold facet nozzles were labeled wrong. We thankfully got out of that apartment and found somewhere better but this is not what someone getting an apartment should go through. I understand we could just put in work orders and get the apartment fixed but we were upset at the fact that it was supposed to be newly renovated and move in ready. it wasnt..

    These apartments are far from luxury . Sewer drains outsides of the apartments leaving a very bad odor. Since the apartments are very old, the roaches are infested in the walls . There are holes in the walls where rodents can get through. The dumpsters are left with trash and odors for days. The neighbors are loud with beer cans being left on the grounds. Maintenance are stealing from apartments, when your're not home . This property has had over 4 different manager in a 6 mos time frame. The ...
