We lived in Bullhead City/Laughlin area a few years ago but had to leave for work. We spent years doing everything we could to get back because we love it here so much. We got very lucky in finding our apartment at Vista Creek because it is by far the best rental experience we have ever had. The views of the mountains and Casino Drive are unbeatable and I can't believe how little we pay in rent for the experience of seeing these sunsets every day! The apartments are clean and completely free ...
of bugs (sadly, a rarity). Neighbors are polite but generally mind their business (which I appreciate). I would recommend a third floor apartment for new tenants because having upstairs neighbors who don't consider the people underneath them is a headache, but that's still not enough to dissuade my opinion of the complex. The staff is professional and on point. The maintenance people feel like distant family and are phenomenal at what they do. I've never left a positive review for any place we've rented before, but without a doubt, Vista Creek is the BEST apartment option in the area! Our lease is almost up and we're considering taking an hour and a half daily commute to Vegas just so we can stay here (rather than moving to Vegas) - we love it that much!

Vista Creek Property Managers have begun to send out notices discriminating against Marijuana users and threatening to evict them. First it was just a notice directed at Building 8 alone. They have since realized this discrimination and sent out another letter addressed to all residents. I’d like to mention now that the use of Marijuana is now legal in he state of Nevada and is supposed to be used inside the home and never in public. On top of them trying to evict people from their homes for ...
doing something that is now legal, there is no mention of cigarette smoke in these letters. Open discrimination against Marijuana smokers. I’ve done some research on the matter and in the state of Nevada property managers, at the moment, have the right to prohibit smoking on their property. If they do so it has to be any and all smoke not just the one that management doesn’t like. The first day we moved in here the apartment smelled of cigarettes. So my kids are just supposed to deal with people smoking inside their homes and breathing their second hand? What because it doesn’t smell as much? Vista Creek Apartment owners you are on the verge of having to ban everyone from smoking cigarettes on their porch. How much business will you lose when you evict all the cigarette and marijuana users? All this from a couple people complaining the halls smell like weed.

This tiny community of three thousand people is called Paradise, and rightly so. It is a haven for Snow Birds and Sun Birds. The weather is very sunny and bright about 97% of the entire year. When I first came to Laughlin, NV I looked at several properties, and none of them satisfied me, nor did the staff that worked them. Then I came across Vista Creek Apartments, the staff was very nice, answered every question, and went over and beyond to accommodate me. I was bit frustrated when I was looking for a new place for me and my dog Auggie to live. Everything in my price range was woefully below my standards. But I really liked Vista Creek. The only drawback was the Pet deposit. I thought I was doomed to live in an undesireable neighborhood. Bur the nice ladies at Vista Creek arranged it so I could pay the Pet deposit in installments. I couldn't have found a better placed apartment. Right in the central location to get to Arizona from Laughlin near Bruce Woodberry. Not far off is Easy access to the river from here.
Right off needles highway . Makes it easy to get to Las Vegas which is only 1 hour and 1/2 away.
I've been here since December 2014 and was warmly welcomed by the management team. Everything seemed up to par.
They do regular inspections of which I have no complaints. Nice to see that the apartments are inspected ...
regularly, makes one feel they care for the well being of others in accordance to cleanliness and health/ safety.
The complex is well lit . If or when I had any concerns about my vehicle or other matters they are taken care of quickly.
And the maintenance is always kept in check.
It seems people respect one another's privacy.
If at anytime I have have had something that needed attention in my apartment , a work order is put in immediately.
I spend a lot of time at the pool and find it quite resfreshing on these hot summer days.
There's a business center here and I love having that amenity, and also the gym room and the club house that is open to us the residents.
I love the view at night as we can see the S. Casino drive where the casinos are located. This is the prime location and just just love it here and I intend to stay here And I'm happy that I made the choice to move to Vista Creek in Laughlin.

I have been here for a few years and the staff here are great and very helpful. When I enter the leasing office to conduct business, I never get a bad attitude and always able to get business done. There are a lot of perks to living here at Vista Creek. I like having a pool, recreation room, and especially the business center. If there is anything helpful for me to add would be to add more umbrella's in the pool lounge area and speed up the maintenance service.

After looking for a place to call home for over three years, my husband found this place while we were driving by. He got the number and called them. They immediately called us back and invited us to come in for a tour. The hardest thing is looking for a place that is handicapped accessible but this place has wide open space enough for both our wheelchairs to get around in. The kitchens are spacious with enough countertop to do whatever we need to do and the bathrooms are unbelievable huge for an ...

I have an 1 bdrm 1 bth apartment. All brand new appliances. With full washer and dryer. The kitchen appliances are a very pretty black. Natural lighting in living rm & bedroom. Outside patio w/a lot of trees & flowers, smells absolutely great. The floor plan makes it to where everything is open and flows. It's a perfect place for anyone to start out with. I couldn't of asked for a better place.

The vista creek crew were so unexplainably quick with helping me with the papers and getting me in here. I've been here for over a year now and I can't explain how much happier I am.
