Great Property with an Awesome Management Team
May 7, 2018I moved into Vail Quarters in 2009 and was the first person to live in my unit. During my 10 year stay I have seen many changes on management and a change in ownership. Throughout that time there were no issues. Maintenance request were always completed in a timely fashion and the office was always friendly and respectful. Unfortunately due to work I had to move this past March at the end of my lease. Maribel (Community Assistand Manager) and Erick (Community Manager) are super awesome ...people. Inspite of living in the apartment for 10 years the move out process was seemless and I was given my deposit back.Property Manager Responded

Decent apartment
September 5, 2015The buildings are not very sound proof. I can hear my upstairs neighbors a lot. Anytime someone walks up and down the stairs it sounds like they are stomping. the parking is very limited and it has gotten worse and worse during the last year. Our allotted parking space is a lot smaller than most others as they put a cement block in it so every though we have a smaller car we cannot fit completely in the spot so that the whole car is covered by the carport.Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2015If you want a nice apartment and a great office staff then this is the place for you. The office staff are incredible! The apartments are nice as well and I have not had any issues being here and that is hard to come by in Dallas.
