November 26, 2024The fire alarm goes off so frequently (at least 2x a month) that when there is an actually emergency like there was a few months ago people were still in the building when the hazmat team was clearing it. The hot water has not worked the past 2 months . The building was purchased by a new management company who primarily just uses AI to answer things, will close out support tickets without even fixing anything, and the most communication we get from them is how on Wednesday mornings they are ...doing admin hour and to not bother themRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do Not Live Here if You Value Safety and Security
October 17, 2024to be an incredible place to live, but ever since the new property management company, MG Properties, took over, my experience has been awful and I do not feel safe living here. I have had multiple packages stolen, and have even filed police reports and jumped through every hoop they have given me, only to be told "sorry, packages are not our liability". There is a KNOWN package theft issue that the management refuses to actually take seriously. Given the complete lack of care to this issue, as ...well as other safety concerns in the building, I no longer feel safe living at Valdok, especially as a single woman living alone. May 17, 2024Valdok Apartments is a nice place to live. It is spacious and the neighborhood is lively. The rooftop space is beautiful with a mountain view and a good walking trail. The lounge and office spaces are also well-maintained and easy spot to choose for a quiet meeting to attend. I loved living and enjoyed the office spaces.Property Manager Responded
