WORST MANAGEMENT EVER
September 1, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWe asked for paint before move out so we could do it ourselves. They couldn't "find" the right paint and told us not to worry about it. THEN when we got our Move Out Calculation which was deducted $400 for paint Completely screwed us over. They also required us to have professional cleaners and carpet cleaners which their rates were $400. This apartment was the worst to live in based on quality, management and maintenance (something was broken once a weak I swear) the AC bill was always insane ...because of horrible insulation and then a big thanks for nothing at move out. 0/10 would recommend living here. My roommates could not wait to get the heck out of there either.Read More
