January 11, 2024Here are my biggest issues that I have: 1. Management: They never answer the phone, probably because they know its a tenant reporting an issue with the residence. The repair man is great, friendly and professional. 2. Cleanliness: There are cleaning staff that come by every week day morning, but all they do is sweep and pick up *some trash*. Also, what they don't show you is that the dumpsters are in a messy array right next to the parking lot hallway entry. Other tenants seem to like to overfill ...these bins, so trash and other junk is often left out, and you have to avoid the trash on the ground as tripping hazards. 3. Roaches: I have gotten desensitized to the number of roaches I've had to take care of with chemicals and traps. It's absolutely disgusting. 4. Parking: You only get ONE spot, and ONE gate key fob, so I hope you don't have a significant other who needs to go in and out while your at work. Additionally, the fence surrounding the property is very deteriorated, and anyone who would like to get in to the "Gated" complex on foot have open and unhindered access..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Roach motel and management sucks
March 15, 2023This place is NOT at all a decent place to rent, or really to even call home. Management is terrible, nobody ever answers the phones. They have lost countless rent checks and have * no idea * where the went. There’s currently 7 empty units being gutted. You’ll have roaches, no matter how clean you are. They are in the walls and drains. Maintenance has no idea what they are doing, that’s if you see them at all. Dogs crap on the sidewalks and grass in front of residence units, nobody picks ...anything up. Management has every excuse in the book to avoid your concerns. Stay away
July 1, 2020Horrible management, takes weeks to get any kind of service. Moved in before they fixed up the apartment, and now they refuse to fix up the apartment like they do the others. Raise rent every year I’ve been here so far, even though they refuse to fix up my apartment. Have cabinets falling apart and yet they refuse to fix it.Review from Apartments.com
