October 2, 2024I lived here for almost 3 years. If you look for a quiet and beautiful home with great amenities you found it. This is a very nice environment to live in. The staff is responsive, I am seeing some comments indicating otherwise, just remember that your are not the only one in the community. They do a great job at prioritizing, if it is an emergency you will be helped within the next 30 minutes. The maintenance guys are super nice and helpful they solve your problems and help you prevent future ...issues by advising you. The gym is nice and updated (they just bought new treadmills), the cleaning lady is an absolute delight (say hi for me). I was really sad to leave. Don't be intimidated by the highway next to some of the building, I was in building 3 next to it, you really don't hear much of it, the home are well done and if you hear anything it will be brown noise, really not a big deal at all, if your TV is ON you will not hear it at all. At night there is not enough traffic to be disturbing. I hope this will help some of you, cheers!Property Manager Responded

Valley Ranch Apartment
June 30, 2024I love my apartment at Valley Ranch.! My unit has been redone with a new kitchen, hardwood-look floors and feels clean and modern. And my apartment has a gas fireplace! The office staff has been so helpful and I even love my neighbors! Maintenance has been professisonal and extremely response to even my smallest requests. And my view off my back patio is a wooded area, filled with birds and the occasional bunny. And they have a pool and work-out room, and have a small enclosed dog play ...area. The initial rent was much less than I expected, but be prepared for annual increases in line with similar high end apartments in the area. Rent Hikes
July 3, 2023Expect to get in the door on a decent price, but they WILL raise rent on every lease renewal by at least $100 if not more. It’s a corporate landlord so what do you expect, it’s a money grab. Because of that, Valley Ranch is more of a temporary housing solution if you’re looking for something short-term before you find a permanent residence. Other than that, it’s a decent enough complex, can hear the building entry doors slamming pretty loud but I think that’s to be expected in an apartment ...building.Property Manager Responded

Love Valley Ranch!
January 5, 2022Since May 2021 I have been at Valley Ranch. I was hesitant after reading negative reviews on maintenance and management’s responses; but after touring and speaking with other residents who loved it, my hesitations faded away. I am thankful I checked it out first hand. The layout is spacious and has everything needed for balancing life with home office space. The staff from leasing, maintenance and management have been friendly and responsive. Thanks to the fitness center I don’t need a ...paid gym membership. We Love It!
June 25, 2018My wife and I had the most pleasant and pressure free renting and moving experience here at Valley Ranch. Our apartment is modern, renovated, was clean and very well appointed when we arrived. Minor post move in maintenance issues were addressed immediately. I could not think of a better experience to have during what is ultimately I stressful time for anyone. Jennifer in the leasing office is genuine, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her demeanor and ...knowledge made us feel confidant we were making the right decision. Michelle and Tamara handled other administrative requirements as they pertain to our move in quickly and correctly. August 14, 2015This complex is on the outskirts of Ann Arbor - closer to Saline. Therefore, it is a bit far from the center of town. However, it is spacious, and there is lots of closet space. There is also a pool, tennis courts, and a sauna, which you don't often see in complexes closer to the center of town.Review from Apartments.com
