January 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe management is terrible. Maintenance requests take months to be fulfilled (and it’s never done right the 1st time). There is no corporate office you can contact to escalate situations when the office ignores you. You are just a check to them.

September 30, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comSituated in Lehigh Valley, Valley Ridge Apartments are conveniently located right behind a shopping district (Trexler Mall) and feature a well-maintained lawn and parking area. The maintenance staff are pleasant, helpful, and always quick to respond. Although the complex does not house amenities such as a pool, it is located near one of the best public high schools in the East Penn School District - Emmaus High School. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex as most everything you ...could need is either within walking distance or just a short drive/bus ride away.Read More

Management personnel very courteous & helpful. Maintenance workers polite & helpful. Repairs are done quickly. Neighbors are all very nice. No complaints. No bugs/rodents. Management very good about regular exterminating. Even door to door Lanta bus 501 route! Very nice place to live.

March 21, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments are OLD AND DECREPIT!! Everything is constantly breaking- the calls to maintenance are DAILY!! And the walls are paper thin-Impossible to get a good night's rest. Just moved in, currently live here, and can't wait for my lease to be up! Literally the only thing going for this apt is the location - you could pitch a tent in Trexlertown and have a higher standard of living than here!!!! Spacious? Yeah big deal! More space to be miserable! The price is cheap, but for a reason!!!

June 26, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comWhen we had problem in our apartment. We called them and told them we have problem. When we called the maintains guy came and did little work then he left and never came back. Then we called them and the office and they said you have to take appointment so the guy will come and fix. Every time we took appointment he came and did little work and they still didn't finish. It been a week and the office lady still has attitude and told us that you have to take appointment every time.

February 9, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comI haven't had any issues here. Clean apartments, staff is friendly. Plowed well during snow. I can hear the people in the other apartments very faintly. Spacious apartments too. Allows most pets. Decent price. The area is awesome too, lots of shopping right next to you.
