Valley View Apartments

the apartments face West. We have shaded movie star parking underneath a carport which is right at the door of our apartment, and convenient for heavy grocery lifting. The poolside resembles the Chateau Marmont with shrubbery alignment. There are brand new sun chairs to lay on during the heat, and BBQ grills, excellent for a get together. The apartments are built along a creekside named Matanzas, which makes temperatures stay chill. My apartment #9 is especially the closest to the creek than the others. When upstairs in the Master bedroom, it feels like you are on the edge of a forest in Santa Rosa! There is a full access view of the creek. During rainfall, the creek and its water creates a sound of soothing peace, and a fresh aroma. There is a sunroof that illuminates the apartment stairway. The walls of the apartment are made of strong Redwood trees that makes a cozy environment to be in. The master bedroom as a big walk in closet. The other room has a big window that faces a giant oak tree and dying sunsets. There are 3 large storage closest to place belongings. We have two laundry rooms where people post interesting news or inspiring quotes. Residents sometimes leave donations that other people might find useful inside the laundry room. Every Tuesday yard cleaners come and tidy up the pasture and carport from nature's debris. Each apartment is in correlation to eachother, but built to reserve privacy. The entire complex is located near two big shopping centers and just minutes away from the HWY 12 freeway. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Pay your rent and you are guaranteed a delightful stay.
