September 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe rent is high and no utilities are included. It costs about two grand a month for a third floor walk up apartment. There is NO water pressure in the showers I've had two maintenance calls and they haven't fixed it. Or the sink stopper that they "Had to order parts for" and never got back to me. The parking lot is collapsing and if you're not careful you will pop a tire or worse. Lots of holes in the concrete too so watch your step! There is no outdoor space to enjoy and most of the grass ...is dead and it's uneven muddy ground. Noone cleans up their pet waste and the neighbors are rude lots of smoke smell. There's nowhere to park. The interstate is loud and the neighbors are louder. Cheap furnishings and thin walls. Security door on front of building is broken and not hung correctly.
