November 6, 2024They are nice and spacious apartments but we’ve had several maintenance issues so I think it’s an old building the parking lot is always full and people drive kinda dangerous. The office is never open lol even when you call ahead to checkProperty Manager Responded

October 31, 2024It's a decent place to live, but it's way overvalued for what you get and rent continues to spike. Pavement doesn't get fixed, equipment in the gym is very old and rundown.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2024It took a few months to learn how to live in the apartment. Love the location. It's close to everything that I need as in food, stores and the highway which makes it easy to get around. The neighbors are nice. Quiet. September 25, 2024The rent is high and no utilities are included. It costs about two grand a month for a third floor walk up apartment. There is NO water pressure in the showers I've had two maintenance calls and they haven't fixed it. Or the sink stopper that they "Had to order parts for" and never got back to me. The parking lot is collapsing and if you're not careful you will pop a tire or worse. Lots of holes in the concrete too so watch your step! There is no outdoor space to enjoy and most of the grass ...is dead and it's uneven muddy ground. Noone cleans up their pet waste and the neighbors are rude lots of smoke smell. There's nowhere to park. The interstate is loud and the neighbors are louder. Cheap furnishings and thin walls. Security door on front of building is broken and not hung correctly.
