This is the best dollar-for-dollar value apartment/house that I have stayed at in the Grand Rapids and greater area. The front desk staff is amazing and it feels like they have your best interest in mind. No nickel and diming, no hidden fees, no front office that's afraid to answer the phone or door, they're great. However.... an amenity (as in just one) would be nice. The place is missing a sidewalk, light posts, maybe a gym. But if that is not important to you, move here now!

Not a great place to live. The walls and ceiling are paper thin and you hear everything going on in your neighbors apartment. The floor plan of the new apartments are strange. One decent sized room and then one tiny room and a massive bathroom(completely unnecessary)

Great place for anybody no matter what age or what point you are in life. Very quiet, well kept, and recently built complex. I personally have been here for almost 2 years and unlike the last apartment I had I haven't had rent raise a penny for resigning a lease.

Valley Vista is a fantastic apartment community. Garage, in unit laundry room, huge bedroom and walk in closet! Not to mention reasonable rent, great management, and a quiet and friendly atmosphere! This really is a great place to live!
