Wonderful place to live
July 3, 2025I stayed at valley York apartments for almost 5 years. I had a window amazing stay there. The leasing office staff were always nice, gracious and helpful. Maintenance was great and always responsive and resolved any issues I was experiencing very quickly. The move is bitter sweet that place will be truly missed. Poorly Managed
June 13, 2023Half of the apartments A/c does not work, they aren’t willing to replace, you’re unable to control the heat in the Winter so you MUST open the windows, also don’t believe them if they tell you the washer and dryers are being updated I was told that when moving in and it was a LIE it’s been almost a full year. Only one working dryer in the whole building, no amenities either. Packages are stolen all the time, only good thing is some people are older and stay to themselves. Oh and be ready to hear ...police sirens 5x a day.Property Manager Responded

If there is an issue please contact the office as they are still under warranty and we will have it addressed right away. Also, regarding the A/C - if there's any issue please contact the office so we can get maintenance on top of it right away. It's unfortunate that your packages are missing. You can always have it shipped directly to the office to avoid missing them when they are delivered. Don’t live here unless
April 12, 2022Can’t control the heat so my whole family have to sweat and open all the windows. Almost none of the washers and dryers work so you have to pay multiple times for one load. Don’t get maintence bc they will never come and will close out the job bc they are lazy. None of the stuff I needed fixed were fixed by them. Now trying to move out and they want to take your whole paycheck. So if you want to live here you have to have low standards…Review from Apartments.com

Great management
July 14, 2021I lived here for over 4 years now and since the new management came in I can honestly say that the place has been much better. They fix the problems right away and help with any concerns you might have in a timely manner, compared to the prior owners. They are also lenient with rent and understand sometimes it’s tough to find the rent and they work with you so you can pay it off.
