1.If you're over 4ft tall don't plan on trying to take a bath 2.If you plan on taking a shower you better sud up before you turn on the hot water because i timed the hot water running out at 2 min 3.hope your place doesn't come with a bed because mine came included with a dead rodent under it who brought his not so dead bed bug friends along, I'm sure the list would keep going if i stayed more than a day. I know you saw the price and thought what a great deal but you couldn't pay me to live ...
there, trying to save you from the aggravation i'm going through trying to recoup my losses,look elsewhere. (btw i rented a studio)

I love my apartment, it feels like my own log cabin. Just wished they had assigned parking. And didn't allow tenant to leash their dogs outside barking starting at 7:30 am constantly for hours. It's affordable and The Office Manager Leslie is simply awesome. But, I will have to give it 3 stars.
