My experience couldn't have been better with my dealings with Van Deene. The property manager Lisa J. was the contact I dealt with and she was fantastic. She was understanding of my needs, quick to find a resolution to my issue, and best thing was followed through with what she said unlike a majority of other larger apartment complexes & property managers.

My husband and I been living at Van Deene Manor for almost three years. We find the office staff to be friendly and accommodating. The apartments, grounds and the common areas are well maintained. The greatest benefit to this property all utilities are included. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.

I have been living here almost 4 years, I give them a five star rating, they are always for nice and on top of any issue that may arise. (which is very rare) I have always been happy in my apartment and very happy with the office and maintenance staff, they are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend living here to anyone. In fact, I have, currently my friend that I recommend is living in the complex also. :)

This property has exceeded my expectations. Downsizing from a 4 bedroom home to a 1 bedroom apartment at a complex was sure to be a shock. The move was so easy. The ladies in the leasing office were very helpful. The location is so very quiet. Everyone told me not to more to an apartment it would be noisy. Furthest from the truth here!! On move in day we had to call maintenance. It was a saturday evening and boy were we shocked when they were there within half an hour. Everyone has been ...
