Sweet building, great management.
September 28, 2023Wonderful building and management! I've lived in the Van Vleet for three years and would have stayed indefinitely if a new job hadn't taken me out of Memphis. I loved my spot--spacious, huge windows, high ceilings, and in line with rent around downtown. Parking next door, but I rarely took my car out. Henry Turley Co. renovated the building with real care. I barely heard neighbors through concrete floors and thick walls. Downtown Memphis is Downtown Memphis, but watching people on the town ...from my windows and hearing the horse carriages play trap and soul music is part of the vibe. Good energy! The preventive maintenance and spraying meant I never saw any pests in the building (which is not taken for granted in any urban area, but especially Downtown Memphis). The people who maintain the building responded quickly and professionally the few times I had an issue. The leasing office is staffed by helpful and pleasant people. Really great management all around. I've relied on tenant reviews as I begin my next housing search, so I wanted to leave a helpful one for this building.
