I love it!
March 5, 2024I just recently moved in and was struggling trying to get over here because I was breaking my lease with my previous apartment. Management was so helpful and understanding and really fighting to get me in. They are nice respectful women with a wonderful staff. I love the atmosphere and professionalism and the apartment is soooo spacious!! I l had an issue with my toilet upon moving in and they fixed it right away 10/10 recommend!Property Manager Responded

Stayed for two years! Clean apartment, amenities, and office.
July 11, 2023This was my first ever apartment on my own and it was amazing! Mrs. White and her team where always professional and even remembered my name. The app to make payments was easy and straightforward. There was even an option to add a rent reminder to your calendar. My A/C went out in April 2022 and the maintenance team worked to make sure I was cool for June. During that time, I never felt like I was forgot about or the work wasn’t getting completed. When I would have a maintenance emergency, I ...called one number and someone was at my door very quickly. The carpet was rough in some high traffic areas but overall in good condition. The pool was clean and open in the summer. The fitness room had a treadmill and multipurpose machine. I would recommend a gym membership if you want a more serious workout. If you are looking for an apartment with a downtown feel but not paying downtown, prices. Definitely consider Vantage Point. Great Space and Awesome Employees
October 12, 2022I’ve been a tenant here for a little over 5 months! I absolutely love the team. With the community being on the older side, I’ve had some repairs. The maintenance team arrived at my door step in less than an hour. They completely assured me that the problem would be completed in a timely manner! The office team is friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they remember me! Erica called me shortly after I moved in to check on me. TaShari always call to make sure my maintenance issues have been taken ...care of! Blind Move gone terrifically right
April 25, 2022We have lived here for a little over a year after blindly moving into these apartments. I can’t say enough great things from the maintenance to management everyone is so kind and maintenance responds extremely fast(normally under two hours). I love living here
August 8, 2020The apartment is nice, air conditioning and appliances work great. Maintenance is very friendly/helpful and the people in the office are super awesome especially the lady who gave us our tour. People are good about picking up after their dogs, the pool is always cold and clean. The neighbors I have encountered have all been polite and quiet, it’s a good place to rent anyone who disagrees is just looking for something to complain about!Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2017The condition of the apartment you will receive is NOTHING like the model they show. The complex is deteriorating (rotting wood, rusty stairs, mold) and the elevators are old and do not work half the time. The charges on your rent statement will not be clear and will show past charges as if you have not paid all of your bill. When you ask about the charges, the office staff won't be able to give you a straight answer. Our carpets were old and unclean when we moved in and we were promised our ...carpets would be cleaned but that never happened. Some of our cabinets were painted shut, our bathroom sinks stained, and we had a dryer that did not contain the lint very well. A few months after we moved in we noticed MOLD around the windows and BEHIND OUR BED. We have a small child and this is frightening! Between the mold and dryer lint we constantly had allergy problems. We would never live here again and would recommend that no one consider this place. There are several other apartments in the city with fair prices and plenty of space.Property Manager Responded
