Impressed with the Changes
August 3, 2018My mom has lived in these apartments for a long time and the new owners and management are a huge improvement. Every time I come to visit they are starting new upgrades to the apartments and the crime issues have almost gone away. The office girls and their workers are always nice. I really like the new colors they are starting to paint on the buildings and I’ve been told they are renovating the pool area. Just wanted to compliment their efforts.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible
August 1, 2018I applied for an apartment here. Before I applied I told them I had a few things on my credit that were negative but that I have great rental history. They told me they would be willing to work with me by giving me a higher deposit or having a co signer. After I applied they said that they couldn't do a higher deposit and the co signer would need to make 5 times the rent!!! These apartments are full of drug addicts and have broken Windows throughout the complex and they are not worth your ...application fees if you have any negative things on your credit even if they say they are willing to work with you because they aren't. Its just a ploy to take your money!Property Manager Responded

As far as the application, we are so sorry that the results were not desirable. We do have an equal screening service put in place for every applicant. Each score/result allows us to determine exactly what we are able to offer and what steps we can take to work with you. Some applicants may be eligible for a higher deposit, some may need a co-signer, some may need both. Each case is unique. We know how stressful the moving process can be and we try our best to make it as seamless as possible on our end, including the application process by offering other options in the case of a lower score. As we also informed you during your tour, we are currently offering specials to our new residents to lighten the load a little because we are also aware how expensive this whole process can be. The worst place
June 19, 2018I have lived here around two years. It is getting worse day to day, even with the new management. Nothing gets fixed. Full of roaches. The property manager is very rude. Most of the tenants complains of her discourteous behaviors. The area is full of drug users. I would give it -zero star if I could.Property Manager Responded

Good value for your money!
May 24, 2018First of all, considering the area and price range. The apartments at Sycamore Square are a good fit; compared to other apartments in the area. I have been here for only one month, and I am happy with: the management staff, response time of maintenance, and the apartment in general. Next, the size of the apartment, and its layout are excellent. And, the amenities are exactly what you would expect: dishwasher, over, refrigerator, and "washer dryer" - a real plus to be able to do laundry in your ...own apartment! I am very pleased with my apartment. Also, the web-site pictures of the apartments are accurate. This place is the worst ever.
January 21, 2018Nothing gets fixed. The rent goes up 200 dollars EVERY 6 or 12 months. We can't get rid of the roaches. The floors are falling into the person under you. The cops are here every other night. I have lived here over 2 years and this is the biggest mistake I have ever made. The rent is so high I am stuck and can't afford to get out of here.Property Manager Responded
